Access to add and/or edit/remove bank details - configuration options

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

In previous versions, a user could be given access to add, edit and remove bank details for a tenant and/or landlord - or a user would be denied all these permissions (for tenant and/or landlord)

From AgencyCloud version 12.135+, these configuration options have been re-worked to give a user the ability to:

  • Add bank details for tenant and/or landlord (where details have not yet been added)
    AND/OR

  • Edit/remove bank details for tenant and/or landlord (where details currently exist)
