International payments - update

A configuration option was introduced in version 12.138 of AgencyCloud to provide the ability to create a payment file for international transactions, as outlined here

In version 12.139, a further update has been made which allows a specific international payments reference format to be set in configuration (which is different to the BACS reference format)
