Two configuration-related updates are available for payment files to allow where a payment file is saved to be controlled and also to prevent a payment file from being viewed

Add unique paid code to BACS/ABA payment file created - configuration option

A configuration option is available which adds a unique code to the start of a BACS/ABA, Chaps, International or Next Day payment file

Group landlord payment statement items by payee and paid date - configuration option

Configuration option which groups landlord payment statement items by payee and paid date according to the physical payments they receive

Include batch reference in BACS/ABA file - configuration option

From AgencyCloud 12.132+, two configuration options - useful for auditing purposes - are available for BACS/ABA files which will display the batch reference (or BACS/ABA code) in the file name and/or display the BACS/ABA code within the file (on each line)
