A tenant can request to renew their tenancy via the MyAgency app - when submitted, an email and a task is sent (via Reapit) to the tenancy Key Contact
Tenant - submit request to book a move out via MyAgency
A tenant can submit a request to book a move out via the MyAgency app - when submitted, an email is sent to the tenancy Key Contact to action the request
Tenant - view & report fault/issue via MyAgency app (add works order)
A tenant can see details of current faults/issues and report new issues via the MyAgency app - when submitted, an email and a task is sent (in Reapit) to the property Key Contact and a works order is created on the Reapit property record
Access tenant transactions via MyAgency
A tenant can access details of transactions for their tenancy via the MyAgency app - the transactions list can be filtered by date and/or type and the listed transactions can also be downloaded to a PDF file
Use the tenant to-do list on MyAgency
The MyAgency app provides the ability for a tenant to add to & manage their own to-do list
Access appointment details via the MyAgency app (tenant)
The MyAgency app can be used by the tenant to access details of viewing/open house & property inspection appointments for their tenancy

A tenant can submit meter readings via the MyAgency app - after submitting, the reading is updated in Reapit
