Continue using AgencyCloud when exporting to Excel

To assist with efficiency - from AgencyCloud 12.168, exporting data to Excel is carried out in the background - allowing you to continue using AgencyCloud

Prior to this release, carrying out an Excel export would display the Exporting to Excel message and AgencyCloud would not be usable until the export was completed

1. Export to Excel via print option

A print option is available on grids launched from the Organiser and after running a Power Report

From grid:

  • Click Print (top right on report grid), select MS Excel and click Proceed

  • The Excel export is carried out in background, indicated by the icon bottom left

AgencyCloud can be used while the grid content exports to Excel

2. Export to Excel via right-click option

When using the right-click option to export to Excel:

  • A progress bar is displayed before the report exports in background
