Add sales progressor relationship on a sales property

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

Available from version 12.172

A sales property can have a named sales progressor added on the property record as a relationship

This allows reports to be run to filter properties by sales progressor while also allowing the property grid, seen after running a sales property report/viewing sales properties via the Organiser, to show sales progressor information

This development allows other property relationships, such as the property Key Contact, to remain in place when a sale is progressing on a property

1. Set sales progressor relationship

The sales progressor relationship can be set on a sales property via the property screen or the offers screen
While the relationship is only really relevant when a sale is progressing on a property, the Sales Progressor name can be identified on a property record at any time

a. Sales property record

From sales property record:

  • In Relationships panel, click and select Sales Progressor

b. Offers screen

From Offers screen:

  • In the panel (bottom left), the Sales Progressor name is displayed
Or, if not set, click the link to select the required name

Once a sales progressor relationship has been added - details of any changes or removals are logged in the property Activity Feed and the Detail Change section of the property journal

2. Report on sales progressor

Click Power Reports:

  • Select report type of Property Report for Sales

  • Select Sales Progressor and select the required name(s) to report on

Example report

This report returns all properties in the London office that are currently under offer and have an offer review date in the next 2 weeks where Anna Graham is the Sales Progressor
