Manage claims process
The claims process is driven largely through the Chase Arrears screen, via credit control or escalation from credit control - a Manage Claims screen is also used to efficiently move all claims through the various stages of approval and payment

After the initial claim is submitted for approval, the process tends to be managed from the Manage Rent Insurance Claims screen (shown below) which provides a full view of all pending claims and their progress From Manage Rent Insurance Claims screen:
