When using virtual tours to market your properties, entering a link to the tour on the property record will add a link to the tour on your website and the property portals you upload to

1. Access virtual tour option

From the property:

  • Access the Pictures screen and click Virtual Tours
    The Virtual Tours screen will be displayed, see next step 

2. Enter virtual tour link & link caption

  • In Virtual Tour 1, enter the link (or URL)
    Click the View link to test the link you have entered

  • In the Virtual Tour Caption field (directly underneath), enter the text you want to use for your link 

  • Click Accept
    An asterisk (*) will then be displayed beside the Virtual Tour link on the Pictures screen

The link will be available on your website and associated property portals on the next upload
