Withdrawal Analysis MI Analysis dashboard
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
The Withdrawal Analysis dashboard, one of the Management Information (MI) real-time dashboards available in Reapit, offers inbuilt real-time analysis of the withdrawn sales property data held in your Reapit database
This real-time dashboard will help you to spot trends and highlight properties at risk of withdrawal
Figures are calculated automatically based on journal activity and other records across the database, meaning less reliance on time-consuming, and potentially inaccurate, manual reporting methods
To make sure the dashboard contents are accurate and reliable, ensure the following is consistently logged:
When given instruction to sell a property, change its status to For Sale
When given the instruction to stop marketing a property before it has been sold, ensure the property status is changed to Withdrawn
The Reason the property has been withdrawn should be entered
or, where a preconfigured list is offered, the relevant option should be selectedIf the vendor has instructed another agent, the Instructed Agent should be selected
selecting an agent will change the status of the property to Withdrawn (disinstructed)
