Generate Landlord Annual Income report in HMRC ROPL-01 format (UK only)

The Landlord Annual Income report can be generated in HMRC ROPL-01 format

1. Access Landlord Annual Income report option

From the Lettings menu:

Click Reporting and Analysis and select Landlord Annual Income
Click through the options, as usual
i.e. select tax year & income type to report on
The option to create the report in HMRC ROPL-01 format is offered
Select HMRC ROPL-01 format, click Accept

2. Save report

The Save As screen is displayed, allowing you to save the report locally, if required

3. Report generated

The report is generated and the option to view it is offered

4. Report in Excel

The report is displayed in Microsoft Excel

The ROPL-01 (formally the Type 19 report) is a report requested by HMRC detailing all the revenue for your landlords within the tax year
