Complete tenancy renewal negotiation when there are outstanding checks - configuration option

A configuration option is available which will allow a tenancy renewal negotiation to be completed even though the tenancy checks involved in the renewal have not been marked as complete

This could be useful for a lettings super user within your business who has the authority to override the need for all checks to be carried out for specific cases
