Changing a note of interest (NOI) to an offer

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When a note of interest has been logged against a property, it can be converted to an offer at a later date

This prevents a separate offer being created for the same buyer

From the Offers screen:

  • Select the Note of Interest

  • Right-click over the Status and select Change Note of Interest to Offer

    The NOI entry will now display as Offer Pending
