If the council tax band of a property is not yet known, an option to set the council tax band as ‘not yet available’ via the property Marketing screen can be used

From property record:

  • Click Marketing

  • Click Council Tax and select Not Yet Available

Being able to set the council tax band on a property is a configuration option, click here for more information
