Default external inspection provider to use property office default (not logged in user) - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When using the configuration option to set property inspection responsibility and your system is set-up with default external providers for property inspections, a further configuration option is available to ensure that the default provider for the property office is used (not the default for the logged in user’s office)

This ensures that the property’s local provider is always used, regardless of the current user’s office location

When a default external provider is in place, when adding an inspection where the Responsibility is set as External, the supplier is automatically added:
