Tenancy renewal negotiation checks (standard/updated checklist style) - configuration option

A standard format checklist (like others seen across the system) can be used for tenancy renewal negotiations - standard checklists offer greater functionality and also allow renewal checklist detail to be reported on
When standard format checklists are enabled, existing/legacy check functionality is no longer used - however, when accessing an existing renewal where old/legacy checklist items had already been completed, the option to switch to the old/legacy checklist format is available (see step 3)
1. Access renewal checklist From a renewal negotiation:

2. Complete checklist The type/number of checks displayed is dependent on how your business have chosen to set this up

3. Switch to legacy checks When accessing an existing renewal where old checklist items had already been completed, it is possible to switch to the old/legacy checklist format From a renewal negotiation:

4. Reporting on checks Checks can be reported on when running Renewal Negotiation reports via Power Reports From main menu:
