Report on outstanding renewal checks

From AgencyCloud 12.153+, when using legacy format checks in renewal negotiations, outstanding renewal checks can be reported on via Power Reports

If you have switched from legacy checks to standard format checklists for renewal negotiations,
this does not apply - click here for more information
Standard format checks are available from AgencyCloud 12.153+

From main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Click report type and select Renewal Negotiations

  • Outstanding checks can be added to the report criteria

  • To show renewals where checks are outstanding, select is true

  • To show renewals where checks are not outstanding, select is false

  • Select any other required renewal negotiation criteria and click Run Report

Example report

  • This report returns details of renewal negotiations that have started/being negotiated that have outstanding checks
