Delete multiple images/pictures on a property record

To assist in increasing efficiency, more than one (or all) images/pictures can be deleted from the pictures gallery on a property record

1. Delete more than one image

From the property pictures screen:

  • Hold in Control key on keyboard and select each image to be deleted
    The selected images will display with a red border (as shown on two images bottom left below)
    To deselect a selected image, hold in control and click again

  • Press Delete on keyboard - a confirmation prompt is displayed

    • Click Yes to delete the selected images

2. Delete all images

From the pictures screen:

  • Click Delete All

  • A confirmation prompt is displayed - click Yes to delete all images
