Configuration settings for viewing landlord and tenant bank details have been updated to allow separate settings for viewing landlords and tenants, meaning that a user can now be set up to view landlord bank details, but not tenant bank details (and vice versa)
Prior to this release, just one setting was available, meaning that if you were allowed/disallowed to view tenant bank details, you would also be allowed/disallowed to view landlord details
For example - a user is set to be able to view landlord bank account details, but not tenant details
