To comply with Trading Standards guidance as to what information must be displayed online for property listings, a sales property’s ground rent review date & percentage increase can be added
This is in addition to being able to add the ground rent amount (per annum) and related notes, which were already available in previous releases
In order for this information to be uploaded to a property portal, further updates will be required on the relevant portal feeds (current timescale to be confirmed)
