This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which, when enabled, will reverse receipts and landlord payments, rather than delete them

To enable this configuration option, click here to contact Reapit Support

When enabled:

From Landlord Transactions:

  • Right-click over the relevant payment and select Reverse payment

  • Once posted, a new entry will be shown in Landlord Transactions as an adjustment, including the narrative Reversal: Payment to Landlord
