Filter arrears to show non-rent arrears

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

From version 12.144+, a filter menu is available at the top of the arrears screen to allow the screen to display:

  • All Arrears

  • Rent Arrears only

  • Non-Rent Arrears only

Previously, just two options were available - to view all arrears or just rent arrears

From the main menu:

  • Click Lettings/Rentals and select Chase Arrears

  • Click All Arrears (top of screen) and select the required option, e.g. Non-Rent Arrears

The screen is filtered to just show non-rent arrears - selecting an entry in the main screen shows more detail in the panel below
