Set a tenant/landlord arrears follow up date

This page outlines how to set-up a landlord/tenant arrears follow up date from the arrears screen

This follow up date is only shown on the arrears screen and needs to be set manually, as outlined below

1. Set arrears follow up date option

From the main menu:

  • Click Lettings and select Chase Arrears

  • Right-click over the relevant tenant or landlord arrears record

  • Select Set follow up date

Your system may also be set-up to set with legal status, click here for more information

2. Enter follow up date

  • Enter the required date to follow up

  • Click Accept

3. Follow up date shown in grid

A Follow up column is shown to the far right of the grid

  • Click the column heading to sort by follow up date

Usual grid functions are available

For example, the position of the follow up column can be changed - click and drag the column to the desired position - then right-click over the column headings and select Save grid layout

4. Clear follow up date

  • Right-click the arrears record

  • Select Clear follow up date

  • Click Yes to confirm
