If a tenancy with rent arrears has unallocated funds, this is indicated beside the rent arrears amount on the tenancy screen

Access unallocated fund / outstanding rent information

From the tenancy screen, Details tab, in the Accounts panel:

  • If there are unallocated funds, an asterisk is display beside the Arrears figure

  • Click the figure for more information
