Setting a letting/leasing fee for 1st year only

This page explains how to set the property rent/fee details to ensure that the letting/leasing fee is charged for the first year only
Next time a new tenancy is created, the agreed fee details will be added to the tenancy, ensuring the letting/leasing fee is not charged again upon renewal
Default fees are set-up by Reapit Support, click here to request this
1. Enter the letting/leasing fee From the property screen:

2. Creating a new tenancy When an arranging tenancy is entered, at the point at which the tenancy is made current, an alteration will automatically be created From the tenancy, Financial & Renewals tab:

3a. Other renewal related fees Any other agreed fees can be set against the negotiation via the Fees section - once the negotiation is created these will be added as individual alterations - these fees will raise in the Raise Rent/Fee Invoices process On the Renewal Negotiation screen, in the Fees panel (bottom of screen):
