Tenancy financial status (paid to date/effective arrears) (APAC only)

This page outlines the various fields on the tenancy screen that provide a current overview of the tenant's lease and financial status

Each field has a tool-tip, hold your mouse over the field to see a brief explanation

A configuration option allows some options to be hidden (outstanding rent & non-rent, plus effective arrears & days in arrears) - for more information, click here:
Hide tenancy financial information - configuration option (APAC only)

1. Current lease start date

  • Tenancy start/end dates plus Current lease dates are shown

  • Where applicable, Lease break allows you to store the date the tenant has broken their lease
    This is for information only

 



2. Current rent

  • Rent shows the current rent amount and frequency

  • Hovering your mouse over this field shows Rental history for the tenancy

 

3. Rent paid to date

  • Rent paid to displays the last fully paid rent period 

  • To view more detailed information, click the date to see a list of rents due/paid

 

4. Effective paid to date

  • Eff. paid to shows the date that the tenant has paid rent to, taking into account all money received, including partial payments

  • To view more detailed information, click the date to see a list of rents paid

 

5. Tenant unallocated money

  • Unallocated displays the total available funds that have not yet been used to pay invoices

  • Hover over the Unallocated field for more information

 

6. Part-paid rent

  • Part-paid displays a figure if a tenant has made a partial payment - this shows how much has been partially paid towards the next rent

 

7. Effective arrears

  • Eff. arrears value and Days are shown - both are calculated to today's date

  • Hover over the monetary value to see more detail
