Restrict completion of selected pre-tenancy checks - configuration option

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A configuration option is available which allows selected pre-tenancy checks to be set as editable for selected user groups only - with all other users being able to view the check progress but with no ability to update it

This configuration option needs to be enabled via Reapit Support - click here to request this

When this security is in place, for specific users:

Selected Pre-Tenancy Checks will be disabled

In this example:

The current user does not have the permission set for completing the Tenancy Credit Check and Deposit pre-tenancy checks
The checks will need to be completed by another (authorised) user before the tenancy can be made current
