Chase individual arrears items (rather than bulk)

From version 12.144+, the chase arrears screen allows individual arrears items to be chased

Previously, the only option was to chase arrears in bulk

From the main menu:

Click Lettings/Rentals and select Chase Arrears
Use the All Arrears option to filter the screen, as required
Select relevant arrears in the main panel
In the panel at the bottom, right-click the individual arrears item to chase and select Print
As usual, select the method for chasing the arrears, then click Proceed
