This article outlines the process for increasing the tenant deposit/bond

1. Access Manage Deposit/Bond screen

From the tenancy:

  • In the Accounts panel, beside the Deposit field, click Manage

  • In the Deposits/Bond Held panel, click Deposit/Bond Invoiced 

  • Select Raise Deposit/Bond Invoice

 

2. Enter additional amount

  • Enter the additional amount and proceed as usual in creating a tenant invoice

    Receipt funds for the deposit/bond as normal
