Certificate status displayed in Organiser & report results grids - configuration option

When using certificate status functionality, a certificate status column can be added to a lettings property grid

Set certificate status & status-related certificate checks - configuration option

Configuration option to allow a status to be set on a safety certificate and specific certificate checks to be added in relation to the status set on the certificate

Prevent adding & editing certificates - configuration option

Two configuration options are available which prevent a user from adding a new certificate and/or editing an existing one

Configuration option which prevents a user from deleting a certificate on a lettings property

A configuration option is available which allows details of specific certificate types to be entered with no expiry date - this applies to a lettings property or estate (when using AgencyCloud block management)

A safety certificate checklist option is available, providing a list of items to work through when logging a new certificate onto the system

Certificate changes logged in the Activity Feed & Journal - configuration option

A configuration option is available which shows all additions, edits and deletions of certificates on a lettings property in the Activity Feed and Journal

A configuration option is available which will show details of all certificate types on a lettings property screen, indicating whether they are valid or not

Prompt to email certificate when uploading document - configuration option

Configuration option to ensure that when uploading a certificate document a prompt for it to be emailed to the relevant parties is displayed - when choosing to email, the message is automatically addressed to the relevant parties and the uploaded certificate is attached

Updates to email certificate prompt when uploading document functionality

Various updates have been made to the configuration option (introduced in 12.145) to prompt to email the tenant/landlord when uploading a certificate document

Require electrical safety certificate on tenancy - configuration option

A configuration option is available which requires a valid electrical safety certificate to be present on a tenancy before the tenancy can be made current
