Record tenancy inventory check in/out responsibility

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

When a landlord is responsible for arranging tenancy inventory check in/out appointments, this can be identified on the property record

This allows the Property Manager to see when they do/don't need to arrange these appointments

1. Identifying that the landlord is responsible

When a landlord is responsible for the inventory checks

From the property, in the rent panel:

  • Click Rent/Fee Details

In the Agency and Rent panel:

  • Lld responsible for tick Check in and/or Check out as applicable

2. Tenancy screen

When the Lld responsible for check in and/or check out boxes are enabled

On the tenancy:

  • Pre-tenancy tab displays a Landlord responsible for check in note

  • Post-tenancy tab displays a Landlord responsible for check out note

3. Check outs to book on Organiser

From the Property Management panel:

  • Right-click over Check outs to book and select Full Results
    The list of applicable tenancies will be displayed

  • The Lld to check out column displays whether the landlord is responsible for the check out appointment

When a large amount of results are returned, click to the right of the column heading for options to group or filter the list
