Tenant deposit refunds no longer blocked when landlord payments blocked - configuration option (enabled by default)

From AgencyCloud 12.167+, when landlord payments are blocked, tenant deposit refunds can still be processed and will no longer be blocked

Configuration option which prevents a user from editing deposit protection information on a tenancy

Reverse/delete transfer to deposit scheme - configuration setting

If a transfer has been made to a deposit scheme in error, providing it hasn't yet been paid out to the provider, there is an option to reverse/delete the transfer
