Report on EPC exempt properties (UK only)

A configuration option is available to allow a report to be run on properties that are exempt from requiring an EPC in order to market

1. Access EPC exempt criteria option

From main menu:

  • Click Reports and select Power Reports

  • Leave report type set to Property and select Sales or Lettings, as required

  • Click Pick Property Criteria

  • Click EPC exempt option (may need to click Show more, bottom right)

2. Example report

This report will return sales properties that are for sale or sold STC in the user’s office that are marked as EPC exempt

This report relies on the EPC exempt box being ticked on the EPC screen on the property
