From Rentals menu, click Chase Arrears:

  • Scroll across to the right of the screen, tenancy financial status columns are shown titled:
    Rent paid to, Part paid, Effective paid to, Effective days, Effective arrears, Oldest rent invoice, Oldest non-rent invoice
