Exclude tenants from chase arrears

There may be circumstances where a tenant should not be chased for rent arrears

This article outlines how to set a preference on a tenancy to not chase arrears - that tenant will then be excluded from the Arrears screen

From the tenancy record, Details tab, in the Accounts panel:

While the Do not chase box is ticked, the tenant will not appear in the Chase Arrears screen

If/when circumstances change and the tenant should be chased, then go back to the Details tab and untick the Do not chase box
