Filter tenant arrears by office or manager

Tenant arrears on the Organiser can be filtered by office or manager

1. Filter option

From the Organiser, Property Management panel - options are:

  • By Office shows just your office's data

  • By Manager shows data for properties where you are identified as the Key Contact

Your system may also be configured to offer one/both:

  • By Prp.Manager shows data for properties where you are identified as the Property Manager

  • By Prp.Admin shows data for properties where you are identified as the Property Administrator

2. Tenant arrears option

From the Property Management panel:

  • Click Tenant arrears

  • The Arrears screen will be displayed showing filtered information according to the option selected
    (as outlined in step 1)

If the Tenant arrears option isn't showing in the Property Management panel:

  • Click the cog in the panel header (shown in step 1)

  • In Pick categories to display, tick Tenant Arrears

  • Click the tick in the panel header to save
