Tenancy payments report (print receipts report)

This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions

A report is available showing all payments received from the tenant, including how the payments have been allocated, grouped by receipt

The report is generated as a PDF and is useful to outline to a tenant what they have paid and what is outstanding; it could also be used for tribunal cases

1. View tenant transactions by receipt

From the tenancy:

  • Click Transactions

  • In the Grouping section, select By Receipt

  • Click Print

 

2. Select report

  • Select Print receipts report

  • Click Accept

    Where applicable, a prompt to exclude fully unpaid future invoices is displayed, click Yes/No as appropriate

    An option to preview the report is offered, click Yes

3. Preview report

The report is displayed, grouped by receipt type, showing all receipt types and their corresponding allocation, including key information about the tenancy at the top of the report

Use the toolbar to print, navigate and save the report locally

APAC clients will also see the following information in this report: 
Rent paid to, Part paid rent, Effective paid to date, Effective arrears, Effective days in arrears
