Works order property note
This guide has been reviewed against our global client base and classed as relevant to all regions
A works order note can be added to a property - the note is shown on all works orders created for the property and is also added to supplier invoices created from works orders carried out on the property
The notes can also be viewed in the certificates screen, usually used when viewing/managing safety certificates in bulk

Note shown on works order Property notes are shown on all works orders (and supplier invoices) for the selected property Landlord notes can also be added which show on works orders for all the landlord’s properties (property notes are only shown on the works orders for the property they were added to), click here for more information: Landlord works order note/instruction |
3. Property notes in certificates grid When using a certificates grid to view/manage certificates in bulk, the property notes can be added as a column to the grid, grid functions can be used to sort or filter by property notes From Organiser, Property Management panel:
