Certificate status displayed in Organiser & report results grids - configuration option

Certificate status functionality is a configurable option for Enterprise customers

When using certificate status functionality, a certificate status column can be added to a lettings property grid - seen when viewing lettings properties via the Organiser or from a lettings property report results grid

The Certificate Status column needs to be added & saved to the lettings property grid - seen when viewing a lettings property grid via the Organiser and also via lettings property report results

From Organiser:

  • Right-click over an option which will list lettings properties and select Full results
    e.g. Current tenancies

  • Right-click over the column headings, select Pick columns and click More

  • Select Certificate Status and click Accept

  • The new column is added to the far right side of the grid - click and drag the column heading to the desired position

  • Right-click over the column headings again and click Save grid layout

  • The column will now show when using this type of grid again - grid functions can be used to sort or filter by content

    • To sort the list, click the column heading

    • To filter the list, click to the right of the column heading (to view filter icon)
