Raise multiple invoices for marketing expenses

Multiple invoices can be raised and viewed for property marketing expenses - this allows invoices for marketing expenses to be re-raised
For example, in situations where a credit has been issued for a previously raised invoice

1. Invoice Details

After entering marketing expense details:

  • Click Invoice Details

    This option allows you to raise a new invoice and view already raised invoices

2. Raising an invoice for a vendor (Sales/Trust accounts users only)

From the vendor screen:

  • Click Raise Invoice

From Create Vendor Invoice screen:

  • Click Add charge - marketing expense charges are included in the list offered
