A configuration option is available which provides direct access to the landlord allocate/branch receipts screen without allowing access to other options usually offered when right-clicking the payments button
From the landlord screen:

From the landlord screen, right-clicking the Payments button gives access to a list of options* which includes the Allocate/Branch Receipt option
*Landlord Admin Fees, Invoice landlord for payment to tenant, Credit Note, Manage Floats
