Arrears screen only shows overdue invoices - configuration option

A configuration option is available which prevents future-dated invoices for tenancy, vendor and landlord records showing in the Arrears screen - meaning that only overdue invoices are shown

This provides a property manager with a more accurate view of the current debtor position of each tenancy or landlord
