1. View landlord, property & invoicing works order notes on supplier invoice

From works order:

• Click View supplier invoice

  Open

  

• The Instructions panel automatically shows any works order landlord, property and invoicing notes

  Open

  

2. Origin of notes shown in instructions panel

Where added, three types of notes can be shown in the instructions panel:

• Landlord notes
  Add/edit landlord works order notes via Landlord Financial Details on landlord record

  • Beside Works order notes/instructions, click View/edit note

• Property notes
  Add/edit property works order notes via property record

  • Click ellipsis button (…), then click View/edit works order note

• Invoicing notes
  Add/edit invoicing notes via Rent and Commission Details screen on property record

  • Beside Invoicing Note, click View/edit note
